need some ID-help.
hi, some quick Qs. I bought a singleturboed shortblock, and going back to twins with it, and when rebuilding, i stumbled across some things i need ID or answered, as its been 3 years since i took this appart...
this is water in and out for the uim/tb, aye? i dont have to use this, do i? Where does it "pick up" the water from, and return it to?
Theese two tings are blocked off, what is it?
This thing, is it a checkvalve thing for oil fumes, that uses the intake manifold to burn it in the combustion? Can i remove it? IF i do, must i do something with the oilcap or sumthin?
thanks in advance

Well the two things that are blocked off are the pick up and return for the throttle body warm up system which explains the two ports on the throttle body being left open... no you dont have to block those off because theres no vacuum or air being lost there. As for the last question... IDK lol.

Run a coolant hose from the rear engine iron (it's in your third picture) forward to the back of the waterpump housing. You can then leave the two coolant nipples in your first two pictures alone.
The nipple on the center iron is an oil passage vent and can be left capped as-is.
The last picture is your PCV valve, and if you delete it you need to run a vented (with a breather filter) catch can line to the oil filler neck.
