i have a friend with a 94 with alot done to it and he just put a new throttle pos. sensor and his power fc highlights it and show like 4.4volts as if it was full throttle...now could he have gotten a bad sensor or does anybody might kno whats goin on....your help would HELP alot

yeah he tried to adjust it "told how to by "steve kan" and it didnt change....and he hasnt been able to contact him again...ill show him the diagram..and hell kno what to do thanks...
