I just want to get a full exhaust and a FMIC for performance, THATS it. It would such a privalage to just have that car I wouldn't care about modding it to hell. I have the chance to go to an auction with my uncle. He said I could find a ls1 TA for about 9-10k. Thats a nice car in my price range and is probably faster then a stock 7. BUT who doesn't have one! and who actually cares for the interior or the car? It would just kill me to have a modded 12 second TA and pull next to a FD! knowing that I could have had that car for 3k more then what I paid for the ever so popular american car. But if the maintanence is that bad I guess I should keep looking.
Modding the car at all will void the warranty. You must keep it stock.

legal-z is right about the 911. Just don't get a 1974-1977. I've had 2 and would buy another.

well no mr2's in my area. LA motor cars sent me an email. He said If I do no modifications and the motor goes bad then I will be replaced. For a 100$ deductable. what are some specific problems? saying I get the car and replace the hoses, do oil changes every 2500, get new belts, other then regular care for the car what esle happens often? like pop up lights fail, bad A/C, window motors? other then that my best bet is a ls1 TA, dont like them all that much but its better then a civic.
