anyone know the best place to buy a newly rebuilt 13b engine?

Ray Crowe, 1 888 533 3400. Many other members sell very low mileage reman motors on this site. Ihor (rotaryexperiment7) comes to mind...

Not very helpful.

I think Ray at Malloy is the best place to get a reman.

On a tighter budget, rotaryresurrection is a good option.
