Need to know about this

I have been looking for a rx-7 r2 for a long time and i think i found it but i don't know if its a rip off or it is a good deal ok here is what it is...

1994 Mazda : RX-7 1994 R 2

108500 Miles Body
About 800 miles on ported engine

It has a new motor that is ported with alittle more than 800 miles on it..

500whp t70 ball bearing single turbo by turbonetics,e6k haltech computer,custom made exhaust manifold with a hks racing wastegate,lower and upper ported intake with a 4' hks inlet filter
front mount intercooler with ceramic coated custom made intercooler pipes,using two greddy type-r bov,greddy elbow,complete fuel syst including fuel pump,fuel cell,lines and rails,720 1600 alcohol injectors.
custom made down and center pipes with a apexi n1 cat back
ACT racing clutch and mazda speed racing gear
Msd ignition, msd wires,ngk e10egv racing plugs,boost gauge and egt gauge(haltech takes care of every other data to fine tune this powerful power plant)

He wants at least 20,000 for this car is that a bad deal or not

get all the tests done, sounds ok to me. that number next to the body isn't negligible, but the modifications certainly do a good job making up. 20k for an r2 w/ 800 miles sounds good.. IF the body is in at least close to mint condition.

If the car is in good condition, $20,000 is very cheap.
