okay guys I am looking for some input on some good wiring diagrams for a 93 fd.
I am currently working on my 93 fd that is a 5 speed car.... I replaced the front harness (accessory harness) with one from a automatic car. Are the harnesses interchangable at all or should I reinstall the factory 5 speed harness.
Also are the harnesses interchangable between the years from 93-95.

I am putting back together this car which is kind of a basket case and need some help shooting down some electrical gremlins.

List of things I am having some issues with:

turn signals and parking lights do not work. The turn signal indicators in the dash will flash rapidly but no lights work with these units at this time. the headlights will not come up unless the button on the cluster is pushed but the headlights will turn on.

No brake lights, if I jump power to the relay or switch then they work fine.

the dome light does not work either but the sun roof will........ If you jump power to the light terminal (same plug as the roof) Then they will work fine.

The tach in the dash pegs out right to 9k and will jump around once in a while.

The dash will not stop beeping even with the underhood connector grounded out.

Any input or directions to some online diagrams would be awesome and thanks for taking the time to look guys.

Also on the drivers floorboard there is a module of sorts that lots of things plug into What is the name of this unit and what functions does it have.

 

There is a Wiring Diagram as well as a Body Electric Manual , both can be downloaded in the 'sticky' threads at the top of this forum titled "94 FSM's available for download." FSM means Factory Service Manual. They should contain all the information you need, along with an explanation of how to read wiring diagrams.
