Talking Need Imput on drag tires

Ive got a 94 FD with a T-78 on it. The motor is fully street ported balanced with 3 mm apex seals. I drag race and plan on autocrossing it soonm but i wanted to see what you guys thaught about drag tires.
For street tires i was thinking about either Nitto 555R's or Yokahoma comp. tires. What i think im goint to do though is get a set of D.O.T. slicks and a set of rims for them.
I have to launch at about 5500 RPM so what do you think would be a reasonable size slick? The RX-7 team car uses 36 x 10 x 15's, and i want some wrinkle
walls!

If you get DOT slicks (ET Streets) for the street, be aware that it is still a slick. It will wear down real quick and have NO wet traction.
