I purchased a non title rx7, it wasnt purchased from the original owner. I need the name of whom is on the last title issued. Then I can get title released. Anyone that can help I will toss a few bucks. I have the vin

 

Give Ray at Malloy Mazda a call. Just a shot in the dark, maybe he can run the VIN and see if it pops up against past orders of his. Ie if someone needed to have a key cut etc.

I know he has access to a large database of info.

Usually there are companies you can pay to do all the paperwork of getting abandon or replacement titles issued.

Usually specific to your state laws. They make most of their money from towing companies obtaining titles to abandoned vehicles.

 

In ontario, we can get a used car package and it tells us the name of who owned it if I recall. But could be different for you
