Question need help please!!!

whats up guys. i have a problem with my 1993 R1. I bought the car less than a year ago with less then 60k miles on it and it has been running perfect until now. The problem is i feel no boost from my primary turbo at times. for example this is whats happening, lets say i am driving on the road and i want to accelerate real fast(to switch lanes, or what ever the reason) when i press on the gas pedal my RPM jumps high real fast(4,5, rpm) with me feeling any power or boost from my primary. Now, i hear the turbo spinning but i dont feel any boost until i let go of the gass pedal a little bit, and slowely accelerate. My secondary turbo is working just fine and that comes in perfect. I am thinking that i have vacume hose that has a hole in it but not sure if that is the problem. if any body thats reads this can help me out or give me any advice i will really appreciate it. thanks

Sounds to me your clutch is slipping.
Do you have a boost gauge? If so, is it reading boost when this happens?
