K so i have no boost in first gear maybe like 5 psi in 2nd and thats if i play with the gas a little and third and up will boost to bout 8 psi untill 4500 rpms then dies off any ideas please help.......

Sounds like your second turbo is not coming on line ... you gotta find the problem with the turbo actuator solenoids or check valves as mentioned before. Good luck, what you are about to encounter is the reason many go non-seq.
