Exclamation Need Help with my rx7! reliability mods? heat? help!

I am new to this Forum so Hello, I have a few questions Somebody must know. I have a 93' rx7 silver with : Upgraded stock turbo's (ported/ceramic coated...) apex dual n1, hks super sequencial blow off valve (stock position), light flywheel, dual friction centerforce clutch, full koni suspension, short shifter, 18x10"/18x8.5 rims, hks downpipe.
First off,is the XS adjustments really worth the money? I got a really good rx7 only shop in Santa Barbara but i know they use only the commander to do the programming.
Second, What the Hell is ment by "Realibility mods>????" is the list of mods just known to everyone??? Please help me.
Next I am planning to get the power FC, m2 COLD air intake, radiator, all hoses/pipes, intercooler. If I get a front mount intercooler then the intercooler is in front of the radiator and my rx7 guy has told me tat this will "pre-heat" te radiator and that it is a bad idea. just go upgraded stock mount intercoler and new larger radiator too. So they all have their own dedicated air supply.
Also, any suggestions for what the hell else I should get or do or brands? I have also heard of the 93 to have problems? anyone heard that and what are they?
Also, sorry, I know the rx7 has heat problems, will the M2 COLD air intake/intercooler/radiator fix all these problems? All my buddies have vettes and mustangs and turbo rice mobiles. I need to be able to talk back
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY INPUT!
