Need help installing 99 spec bumper "rivets"

I did not know the old bumper has rivets attached to the bracket that bolts to the cross member. I need to know what I can use to revit this bracket on to the 99 spec bumper for now.

Nuts and bolts?

worked fine for me if you're okay with not having rivets. i just went to home depot and got bolts that are an equivalent gauge w/ the rivets.

I used rivets.

Try a rivet gun, and use rivet washers on each side of hte rivet before crunching the rivet gun.
