need help got some problem w/ my auto tranny

yo guys
I got a problem with my auto tranny again. First i got it replaced w/ a used auto tranny by KDR, which they found the part and told me it was still good and have only 30k miles on it. Which i believed them, thinking their pretty good w/ rx7 and not bone me here. With the car out of the shop about 3 months, i figured nothing will be wrong w/ my tranny, with bout 1500s miles down on the replaced tranny the same problem was acting up again. so i bring it back to KDR to tell them about the current problem. later they checks things out and said the tranny was being driven to hard and the tansmission oil turned black because of that. Which is another thing i don't understand can the transmission oil turn black that soon when they replaced the transmission oil 3 months ago along with the tranny? with only 1500 miles? or they just trying to bone me for more money?

What's the problem you've been having?

If the "new" tranny has the same problem as the old one, there's a good chance that the problem isn't the tranny itself, but something peripheral.

Tranny fluid shouldn't turn black. There's something else wrong imo.

Black fluid is the Clutch Packs wearing down due to slippage. I was once a Auto enthusiast but I learning my lesson when I strapped on a To4s and the Auto tranny burnt up - can't take the HP.

Go manual is my suggestion.
