Need help fitting 7.25 clutch to FD

Right guys I'm in need of some knowledge. I am trying to figure out what parts and pieces I need to fit a 7.25 single disk clutch to my FD. I'll be running a FD gearbox along with a pedal box. And Ali flywheel to suit 7.25 clutch. The clutch I will be using is a Helix 7.25 As it sits at the minute awaiting clutch so ican get the beast turning over. Helix 7.25" Sintered Racing Clutch Cover Assembly - Demon Tweeks Now first question is do I go for a sintered or cerametalic? From what I gather sintered is the one I need? The car is powered by a 13b PP with about 300hp and 190tq As for what disk to run I'm not sure. Again do I run sintered or cerametalic? If I run sintered do I need to use an inner and outer? If I run cerametalic do I just run the single disk? I know I need a 23 spline by 1 inch disk Helix 7.25" Sintered Drive Plate Inner - Demon Tweeks Helix 7.25" Sintered Drive Plate Outer - Demon Tweeks Or do I run one of these? Helix 7.25" Cerametallic 3 Paddle Rigid Drive Plate - Demon Tweeks Sprung disk vs solid? Next question. Release bearing... Can I run the slandered bearing with this clutch? Any help with getting this set up right would be much appreciated. Thanks. Shane And just forthe sake of it. The money shot [/QUOTE]

Buckley's chance running the standard throwout bearing. Probably best choice is running a concentric one - get acquainted with your SAAB wrecker or Tilton, then you'll have to modify your bellhousing to mount and plumb the thing. Pic attached of a typical mount on an rx7 aftermarket bellhousing. You'll have to do a bit of measuring to get dimensions for the mount to ensure you don't over-travel the clutch, or end up with a hydraulic fluid mess.

Usually the sintered clutches don't like slipping, you can kill them if you're ham-fisted loading the thing onto a trailer, even been cases of the carbon clutches wearing enough to get to the point you have to winch them on.
