I have a 1996 rx7 and need to purchase a 3 bar map sensor and a harness. Any suggestions on what to buy, most importantly from where to buy, maybe a website ?

that's the one you want, with the plug and play harness. Other connectors arent as reliable and can lead to problems down the road.
