Need help with clutch and PFC!

I have done singleturbo conversion to my FD and i have 2 problems in my way of getting it running. firtsy the easier, i cant get my clutch bled. Originally the master cylinder had 1 broken seal that caused clutch to burn completely, so i changed it (and tested it so that it made pressure) and now i cant manage to bleed it??? i have tryed with this tactic, press clutch - open bleed valve from slave - close slave - pedal up and down - open/close slave - and so on, it made no pressure and when disconnected clutch line and fluid line from the cylinder and tested does it make pressure it didnt???? did i manage to brake the same seal again? any ideas or do i just dissemble it again to see..

Second problem is bit tougher, i as mentioned made singleturbo conversion and now it gets WAY too much fuel and doesnt run.
Spec list includes:
850/1200 injectors + fuel pressure regulator
AC, PS, secondary throttle, all exess solenoids and airpump removed
ECU is Apexi Power FC with commander

So any suggestions why it gets too much fuel and is there more that i need to post about the build to get the bottom of this?
Commander shows that Injector Duty waves in 8-12% and even i know that its WAYYYYYY too much.

Thanks before hand and all help is througly appreciated
And heres a pick of my enginebay:

please oh please tell me you are going to clean up that engine bay a bit...wires everywhere! and did you put in an oil restrictor for the turbo feed? if not you should look into that else you will surely blow the turbo bearing

well im not sure about the clutch. maybe a clutch fork or its off center as for the PFC you will need a base map with your fuel use made.. the best way to do this would be to take the car to a tuner and have them put a base map on the car.

I don't know too much about the problems you posted about but what I can recommend is to either eliminate your AST or replace the stock one. You should also fab up some ducting for that vmic set up you got.

Did you try something simple first such as adjusting the clutch via the screw behind the pedal?
