Need help with Chromoly axles
Is there a vendor out there that sells chromoly axles that com with newcv joints
?
I don't want to reuse the stock >10 year old cv joint as I'd assume that they would be the breaking point.

itd be no worse than if you hadnt taken them out in the first place.
Id say unless there is excessive play in them re-use them. Check for play, clean them thoroughly, dismantle and regrease them (see the FSM on iluvmyrx7.com)
I wouldnt buy new ones just for the sake of it.
