what injectors should i buy? i also am going to buy a fuel pump as well.all my mods what ever is in sig.thanks, jason

 

search the net....there is a site that can calculate what size injectors you need for your specific power goals. what power you want to make?

 

whats possible? lol. no i just want to do a basic upgrade for now.i just spent alot of $ here lately so it was recomended to upgrade as soon as i could.thats about it.and what is the websites name? thanks, jason

Unless you are running over 13 psi of boost, you don't need to upgrade the fuel system. If you want to run over 13 psi of boost, there are basically three options:

1) Have your stock 850cc secondary injectors bored out to 1300cc by RC Engineering. These will drop right back into the rail with no modification. Pros - easy to install and tune for, undetectable, Cons - some potential reliability issues with bored-out injectors

2) Upgrade the stock 550cc primary injectors with a second set of stock secondary injectors. This will require modifications to the stock primary fuel rail. Pros - cheapest solution, undetectable, Cons - more difficult to tune, less fuel flow than solution #1.

3) Upgrade the stock secondary injectors to Bosch 1600cc injectors. This will require an aftermarket secondary fuel rail, a fuel pressure regulator, and elimination of emissions. Pros - highest capacity fuel upgrade, 1600cc injectors are very reliable, Cons - expensive, difficult to install, tougher tuning at injector transition, removal of emissions.

You will need an aftermarket fuel pump to run any of these.

A Bell Engineering RRFR is an effect device to ensure you have enough fuel at 13psi. depending upon your motor's health, turbo's, exhaust etc... On cooler days, you could be lean. Basicly raise's your fuel pressure under boost only with adjustability with respect to ratios. I run this system with a T04e 57 trim .84 a/r on stock ports, @13psi I'm 11.5 to 1. (wide band confirmed).
