need help becoming a new owner

hello guys, I'm in the market to get a 93 &up RX7 and just located on with 64k. the price is kindoff low and the guy told me that the car's radiator is being repaired right now.
Is there something that I should be weary about being that the car has 64k miles? What should I look for?

Thanks for your response,
Junior P Zilver

(one of the pages from those links)

Anything anyone will tell you here in the forum is already in those links.

why is the radiator being fixed? if the car overheated that's a very bad sign.
