need help with auto to manual swap

iam about to undertake the auto to manual swap and I just wanted to make sure I had everything right before I undertook the whole swap (BTW I searched).

1. If you dont swap out the rear end to the 4.10 rear can you correct your speedometer by just using the autos speed sensor?

2. (I tried to search for a exact answer but couldnt find anything) what do I have to do to the Auto harness to make it work? (iam running a PFC)

3. Does it matter if I use the auto gauge cluster?

4. heres a list of parts I know I need but If I left anything out then please let me know.
- Tranny
- Tranny bolts
- Flywheel and bolts
- clutch
- shifter
- shift boot
- driveshaft (BTW does this come with the companion flange? or is it part of the rear end?)
- brake pedal assembly
- clutch pedal assembly
- master cylinder (out of manual car)
- Clutch slave cylinder
- all associated clutch lines

any help would be great!!!

- Clutch slave cylinder
- all associated clutch lines - and little brackets to hold them
