Need Help/Advice- Idle/Engine Problem
I took my rx7 out one night just because I hadn't drove it in a while..I let it warm up and everything like normal and then I was going through a curve at 45 mph then stepped on it about 3/4 throttle and heard a stutter noise. When I stopped at the next stop sign the idle started jumping up and down and the car felt like it wanted to stall out. I got back to my house and the idle was jumping from about 300 rpm to 1300 rpm and the engine was vibrating really bad. I checked for any obvious vacuum lines off and I can't find any, of course it was at night using a light only and I checked the ecu for error codes and it gave me 13 for the the pressure sensor. I tried reseting the ecu and adjusting the idle but it didnt change anything. Thanks for any advice or suggestions you can give me.

Warming the planet.
Check the connection to the MAP sensor. It's a little black box on the driver side firewall, it says "sensor-boost" on it. Check to make sure the vacuum line on the bottom is connected, remove the electrical connector hit it with some dielectric grease and reconnect. Reset the ECU.

Thanks..I checked the vacuum line to the MAP sensor before because it happened to me before and it is still connected..I bought a new MAP sensor a week ago and I just got it today so I'll be putting it on tomorrow...I forgot to mention that on top of the bad lumpy idle that when I press the gas pedal down it takes about 3 seconds before the engine start to rev at all...and when you said lower intake manifold do you mean a gasket? and would that cause the pressure sensor error code? Thanks for any help guys, I know I've seen a lot of posts about people having the same kind of problems, but they never usually end up saying what was wrong or how they fixed it.
