need help

So........ it has only happened twice since i have owned the car and they have both happened in the past week. So the first time it happened i had been nice to the car and let it warm up to the right temp, and i was driving with no boost. Then the car just acts like it poped a seal and didnt want to go anywhere so i downshifted until i was in first and it was dead. So i sat there for like 10 minutes trying to start it and it would like start up but run like *** meaning that it was missing or something, and just not running smooth at all and shuttering until it dies. That took like all of 10 seconds. I would start to randomly give it gas and restart it and finally when i thought that it was a seal, i said that it was the last time i was gunna try and it started rough and then all of a sudden it ran just fine and didnt have any problems. It has ran fine and then all of a sudden i wasnt getting on it and hadent build boost the whole time i was driving it and i poped the clutch "in" to slow down at a light and it died. so i pulled over to restart it and it did the same thing. After about 20 minutes this time of trying to figure it out and pumping the gas it did the same thing and started up fine and ran good for the rest of the day...... i dont know if it could be a coil or bad wires..... (i have new wires and plugs about to go in,,,, but i dont think that that is the problem) or if it is something else in the ignition..... just need help thanks.

sounds more like you're flooding the engine with fuel.. how much mileage on the engine?
check o2 sensor, and the cat (may be clogged)
