Smile Need feedback to 1993 FD compression rate

Hi Guys,

I have just got compression done to my 1993 FD today.
#1 Rotor 7.9; 7.9; 7.8
#2 Rotor 7.5; 7.5; 7.4

My question are what is a health 13B motor compression # should be?
What is minimum compression to run 13B motor and keep it alive? Do I need to rebuild my motor before begin any kind of modification to increase HP and boost?

Thanks in advance for your help and feedback!

If you have anything over 100psi, it will be all good for mods.
