Name that part game and ... No air pump?

So..... Long story short... I bought an rx7 vintage red 82k miles. I thought nothing had been touched except for a few hoses and intercooler elbows well.... I started opening up some space to get my turbos rebuild and WHAT!*&^%#&^*() NO AIR PUMP!)(*&^#$&*(@ Also... I believe I am missing actuators and so on. I want someone else to shine in and tell me what is it I am missing. I am a big believer that the Mazda Engineers are above most of us and they put stuff in the car for a purpose... besides bying the air pump what else should i get to get this think running back to stock...

You are in Florida...you don't need the airpump or any of that emissions crap. Be thankful it is gone! =)

Ok. Picture 2, yes those are the mounting locations for an air pump. Picture 3, looks like dirt to me. Below it looks kinda oily though @.@. Picture 4, that, fine sir, is Mazda engineering. It is an empty hose. Yes, it connects to nothing. There is a soft clamp that you wrap around it to keep it from getting eaten by your drive belts.

A Factory Service Manual would work wonders here...

Completely block the air pump and all it's associated crap out of your head. It's all garbage and unneeded. Even some purists have a hard time putting that crap back onto a car if it needs to be replaced or added back after it had previously been removed.

Hopefully see you/your FD around Melbourne.
