Mystery front splitter aero?? Wisdom needed

I have been looking everywhere for the carbon pieces under the front lip. Anyone have any clues on who makes these and where I can find them? My conclusions are 1. They are proprietary to the the 99 spec lip since they compliment the section of the outer surface 2. Custom pieces

I want to believe that, but at the same time this photo shows how complementary the shape is
Also, this cross-view of the front end shows how fitting the carbon shape is to the lip.. pure coincidence?

Slightly off-topic, but, IMO, anything down that low should be flexible. Otherwise the slightest impact will destroy the possibly expensive extension.
