Is my stock ecu capable of keeping up with my mods?

Hey guys,

I've been searching, but nothing I found is specific to my situation. I have just got a new reman engine put into my 1993 FD, which I bought last month with a bad rear rotor. I have the following modifications: Apex N1 exhaust system, a downpipe, large Koyo radiator, Apex twin intake, Greddy blowoff valve, and some others. I was wondering if my stock ecu would be able to keep up with these mods without risking blowing my engine.

Thanks in advance for the advice!

keep the car at 10 psi and the engine will be fine.

As long as you keep your boost to 10psi you should be fine on the stock ECU. But with a dp and cb you may see boost spikes. Get a boost controller.

You need to learn how to search a lot better!

The stock ecu will handle the bolt-ons as long as boost is kept at 10 psi or less. This may require a boost controller.
