In no specific order are a problems that came with my shipment of sex from Japan.

When I turn on the A/C in my car there's a huge power loss when I try to accelerate from a dead stop and occasionally the engine will stall if I drop the RPMs too fast.
My guess: Probably normal?

When I accelerate, the car will start to lug as if I were pulsing the brakes and a clunking noise can be heard from the rear every now and then.
My guess: Something to do with the A/C compressor clutch causing my engine to lug.

Sometimes, when turning the wheel from lock to lock a whole bunch of clunking, popping, and vibrating are heard from the inside the cabin and felt through the steering wheel.
My guess: I read on the forums it was the upper control arms.

Notorious fuel smell. Intermittent. On rainy or cooler days are when I notice they're the strongest.
My guess: Fuel pulsation damper, fuel line leak, primary/secondary o-ring leak

Noisy springs? What causes a spring to creak?
My guess: Needz sum astroglide?

2nd gear notchy, 5th gear grind
My guess: 2nd gear synchro starting to wear, 5th gear synchro broken. Transmission flush and fill maybe?

Anyway, thanks for any help. I'm kind of new to working on cars, but I'm starting to get a feel for things.

 

loooks like you got some problems there mate -when i got mine i had some minor issues but this sounds like i would be scrapping the car...

anyway i'd remove AC(or disconnect and see what happends, maybe ur alternator needs replacing-as in not giving enough power?? dont kno)
check ur spark plugs(#2)
3#not an expert but what downpipe have u got?
4#find it, find ur fuel leak, check the fuel rail , below UIM and fuel hoses.
5#i would just get a set of 2nd hand springs and see what happends :]
6#never had it but search forum for gearbox problems
