the kit fits good but again it is all custom, the tightest place is where the DP barely fits between the LIM and the fender. Do you have the Magnus GT42R kit?

Marco (owner of Magnus) is making me a exhaust manifold that sounds just like yours along with a 4"dp. I'm going to supply my own GT42 so I'm not really buying the "kit" but the manifold and dp. Thats why I was wondering what you thought of the craftsmanship and fit.

the fit and finish is top notch, and the steel is THICK so no worrying about cracking it.

yea, I've seen pics of his work and talked to him a lot so I firured it would be top notch. He uses 16 gauge 321ss with 1/2" thick 321 ss flanges. Awesome quality material, I'm glad to hear the fit and finish are top notch. I'm real excited about getting mine

hey it is the stock block with 40,000 original miles on it, so stock ports and seals, my fuel system is made up of 2 nippondenso FPs (supra TT), 3/8th SS and braided line the whole way back, 2 feed lines, one for each pump and rail, aeromotive Fuel pressure regulator, and 3/8th SS return line

As far as power, i am shooting for 22psi because i still have the stock map sensor

looks to me like you have the center section of the turbo at an angle, better make sure you straighten that up before you run it.

also once you get it started let me know if it smokes at all. ive had problems with gt series turbos when mounting at an angle, oil builds up in the rear and comes out the back.

yours isnt at too bad of an angle though, so i would be suprised if you have that issue.

Well all of the "under the hood" stuff is done (except for my oil catch can). Now all I have left to do is get my Apexi PFC and get tires. I am limited to the stock rims for now so I am getting the Fuzion ZRi 245/45Z 16" tires. Also I still have to finish my dual supra pump setup but that is almost done as well. I will post pics of it before I drop it back down into the tank. I should be completely done and tuned by very late may or early june.

The stock MAP sensor will not read at anywhere near 22 psi!

If you haven't already bought the tires, Nitto 555R's work well on the stock rims. I've got the 245/50R16s on my rear wheels w/ Falken 451 225/45Z16s on the front.

I've got a new 3 bar map sensor that I'll sell if you want it. I bought two on accident.

Twin Nippondenso (Supra) Fuel Pump Setup

This is my twin supra pump setup. The pumps are wired with 10 gauge wire strait off of the battery so they will get plenty of juice. The one pump's wiring is jumped right off of the other pump. The fuel pumps are controlled by a Bosch relay. The fuel lines are all 3/8th SS braided and hardline from the pumps to the rails and then back to the tank. It was a snug fit trying to get the pump assembly down into the tank because it kept on hitting the back half of the baffle, but I made it fit. This setup should give me more than enough fuel to feed my 1000cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries for my Garrett GT42R. Tell me what you guys think.
Thanks,
Phil

I haven't researched wiring for dual pumps, is this method common?

no this method is not common, but it works better. Less Wire = less resistance.

Less wire = less voltage drop, not less resistance. Larger diameter wire = less resistance.

running pumps in parallel = less current thru the piggy backed pump.
