My idle bounces when I slow to a stop with clutch in???

I have the same issues. Got a 94 RX7...I'm gonna replace the clutch. How hard is it to replace the clutch? My friend is going to help me, he knows more about cars. Should two "novice" guys be able to change the clutch? Oh can I just replace the clutch disk or do I need to replace the pressure plate also?

You guys rock! It was the clutch switch. You don't know how long I've lived with this affliction. Now...here's the bonus round question. When I turn the AC on...I hear a sound like something's clattering, when I have the clutch out. What's that all about?
