Is my fuel pump relay bad?

Is my fuel pump relay bad?
My car wouldnt start the other day and my fuel pump wouldnt start. Changed the fuel pump and now the pump turns on but only when I jump Ground and F/P in the diagnostic box. Does this mean my fuel pump relay is bad? How can I bypass the relay?

No, it's not bad:





disconnect the starter. check for ground on pin 1T with the ignition in the "START" position. Do you ever see ground on it?
