Red face my first time

today was the first time when someone asked me what kinda engine i had in my fd. he is my little sisters friend...hes still in high school, i just finished college. first he asked, can you put a turbo on it? of course i was polite and said it had two but i want just a single one. then he said he really liked rx7's and wanted to get one but he couldnt afford it and his parents wont pay for it now i am kinda not listening to him cause i think he is so then he said that he thought that you couldnt have twin turbos on a V6 Engine . now i am like are you just stupid or ignorant. i said it was rotary and he had a stupid look on his face like rotawhat? well i thought it was funny because he thought he knew everything. and i got to school the newbie

Fuggin' newbs. All you can do is brief over the rotary subject then just leave it at that. Any further explaination results in a "wtf??" question.

Seriously, though. I didn't fully understand the rotary until I was in college. I saw CYM TKT's car rollin' along and I asked my friend, "Have you ever seen a car like that?" He replied, "It's an RX-7. It has a rotary engine." After that I became really interested in the Wankel rotary engine, and started doing tons of research. Soon enough, I had found a dream car: The FD.

I just tell people my car doesn't have pistons, it just has 2 triangles that spin around. That is enough to satisfy most folks that don't even know what a piston is.

A simple answer to a simple question:

Them: "Four cylinder?"
Me: "I don't have pistons, and you have no idea what im about to say, so please no more engine talk, k?"
