I was just showing someone some old pics of your MB FD today Jack...I then saw this thread...Another engine bay I can eat my sushi off of(not that I would want to contaminate it with raw fish). Looking good. Need to check it out in person.

Do you plan to visit the new NOLA Motorsports track?

The original wheels were 18x9.5"/18x10.5" Fikse profil 10s with a widder tire combo. But sadly, those wheels were on his other FD when it was hit in an accident and two of them were slightly damaged. When they are fixed I'm sure he'll try those out on the CW as well. In all honesty, 265s all around is a good setup, especially because you can rotate them!

Hopefully you weren't meaning 19x13" wheels with a 205 tire - aggressive...

Just wondering how you like the 500r?
Do you have any numbers?

Congrats!
Steve
Steve - I've been happy with the 500R - nice response and spool. No numbers yet. I've only had it up to 13 psi with some creep to 16 psi last winter. Was having boost controller issues. After switching to the 4-in. downpipe right before Deals Gap, boost was spiking to the 20's so I disconnected the controller and have been running off the 10psi spring all summer. With the weather cooling down, I intend to start back on resolving the boost issue.

Marshall - Yes I plan to visit the new track, should be there for the opening. Looks like October is shaping up to be a good car month with some event every weekend.

When I get the Fikse wheels (18x9/10 with 255/35F, 285/30 rear) repaired, I'll swap back and forth but no plans for tiny tires on big wheels with multiple degrees of camber - don't care for the look and want a car that is drivable without tearing up tires and fenders.
