My car wont start :(

Just got back from my deployment and cant even drive my car. Yes i searched and went through all the deflooding and testing procedures i could fine. It started randomly after sitting. My wife drove it one day while iw as deployed and it ran just fine, then she went out a few days later to take it to the car wash to have it detailed for me and it wouldnt start at all. Thought it was the fuel pump so i put a new one in, wasnt it. So i changed the relay as well, wasnt it. I've pulled two of the 4 plugs and they dont look BAD but they're a little bit black and dont smell like much fuel. I went to all the auto parts stores around here and couldnt find any plugs to swap so i ordered some, suppose to be here tuesday. I went through the deflooding procedures as well, but still nothing. It just turns over and puffs smoke out the exhaust and never fires. Anybody able to tell me the best way to check to see if its getting good fire? any ideas? text or call me or even email me. 7062649780 or mckinley.barker@gmail.com, it all goes to my cell so it will be the easiest way to help me. Thanks.

Hold the plug with pliers and see if it sparks...It will be obvious if you are getting good spark

Sounds like you re on the right track. Plugs should fix the problem. Make sure to do the defoold procedure while changing the plugs.

Hard to hold a plug and start the car at the same time. working on it alone. Finally got it to start. Turns out it was the simplest thing. It needed gas. I guess the gas hand is off a little bit or something, but the wife drove it until it was on fumes and then parked it. Then i guess with all the trying to start it, it flooded and drained the battery. Put 6 gallons of 93 in it, it fired up, killed all the bugs in the neighborhood, stayed reved to 2300 rpms for like 10 minutes, then i took it out. only sputtered once at 6k and then we were good.
