this is my last look at my baby, and someone e-mailed me from here in Japan to buy it, sounds like a good guy, hope he takes care of it.

SlingShotRX7---Yeah I did.. I didnt want to. I got in a accident about a year ago and kind of lost taste for that car. Plus filling the gas tank was running a $85 for every 3 days I drove it haha..

 

damn thats a shame... you could've bought a civic for your daily driver or some other economy cars they have in good old Japan.

 

I have a Vitz, but having 2 cars sucks in the way of taxes and *****.

Plus its smart to sell now, since if I get a job in the states I have nowhere to leave it

you can put it in storage or just rent someones garage for around 70-90 bucks a month. thats what my friend did.

 

2 million yen is nothing for this car. Thats like 17k for this common dudes if you saw this exact car for even 19k it would be gone in a week. I know I woulda bought it.

Anyway Im happy its gone. The engine was leaking pretty bad I found out too, esentric shaft maybe somewhere else too I found when I talked to the garage and also I lifted it up to change some aero parts..

DAMN im happy its gone.... I have my 1966 VW BUG type I on the way here to my house, it will be here on the 25th and then I will be stoked...

 

He's in japan...they obviously produced a lot more of them there....

 

I put it at $15k a couple times on the base.

You know some jackass when I first started selling it, asked how much? (he had an eclipse) so I said I want 25 for it and he said hummmmmmmm well I think I can get that much, so I was like ok. He said can you bring it by so he can look more and I said sure. Then he says $2,500 is the lowest you can go? I hung up on him.....

I tell ya most, about 90% of the people dont know ***** on the bases around here, and if they think they do they are extra dangerous LOL

 

negative my friend. Just this is a low low price I understand Japanese are Domestics in Japan and the deflation in attributed to that but still.

As you should know in Canada RX-7 prices are sky high and range for a decent one from 17,000 to 24,000. I paid my 20,000 because I just didn't want to negociate any further but the guy was asking for 25,000$>>

I heard a couple of bad things about them in the uk import business....not saying you didnt get a bad deal at all, or anything bad about your car because it looks like a nice one.....just garage-r in general...what they like really?

Dan Norton---overall I will give them a 7 out of 10. I had to beat the money out of them haha. They are all about the business or at least the boss is. He isnt trying to make friends or anything, just cash........ Hope that puts it in perspective.
