My build...

Basically started about 2 weeks ago. My seven was basically stock low mileage with a koyo, intakes, dp and cat-back. Since the build began I've done everything in my power to replace all pain in the *** parts and up the power.

The list ~

Custom V-mount IC setup (21x14 IC)
Walboro 255
Racing beat sway bars
Resonated MP
Apexi power FC
Modded primary rail
850/1300 setup
Silicon hose techs
Banzai BOP ST kit
Custom Manifold
Turbonetics T60
Custom Dp
S-tech springs (hold me over)

Ill post pix later more stuff coming as well...

I used the same IC in my custom v-mount but I hope you're not planning on running yours in that orientation. I don't know how you plan to get much airflow through it like that. Running piping to it without interfering with the hood also looks like it will be difficult.

The Air should hit it alot harder then stock. It's on a perfect angle to get mass air and the IC is about an inch away from the Rad, so I highly doubt there will be any room for air to escape. I'm also putting a strip of foam in between the Ic and the rad to catch even more air.

Clearance was perfect already lined up everything.

I don't know what you mean here - the IC appears to be mounted parallel to the airflow, in exactly the worst possible orientation. Not to mention that the hood will be directly behind it so air will not be encouraged to flow through it anyway. Are my eyes playing tricks on me? I'm just trying to give you a suggestion that might lead to you getting a little more out of your setup.

The vmount ran me about 600 in labor + 165 for the Ic and 45 for a custom return hose. It really wasn't to bad.
