Mounting '99 wing

Can anyone help with a template for drilling holes for the '99 wing and do you use a gasket materila or RTV between wing and deck.

if you have an r1/2 it uses the same holes, you actually have 2 left over

+1 the R1 wing uses the same holes, but I don't see how you have 2 left over...

My 99spec wing came with a thin, flexible foam gasket. I don't drive my FD in the rain, but I assume it works well
