13B-re is a 1.3 N/A (Normally Aspirated) rotary engine(re)(1st generation GSL-SE and 2nd Generation cars)
13Bt is a 1.3 turbo rotary engine (FC-Turbo II 1986-1992 second generation)
13BT-REW is a 1.3 twinturbo rotary engine (REW=Rotary Engine Double Turbo. Supposedly easier to pronounce "W" or "Double" instead of "Twin" in Japan, Hence the W in the engine designation) (FD-1991-2001 3rd generation)
