Motor mounts and tranny position

After installing my clutch etc I noticed that my new mounts make my tranny sit kind of on an angle. As if the passenger side is higher and causing the tranny to be turned slightly. I followed Codys' instructions and cut the pasenger side mount down a good 3/16. Is it posible that this mount needs to be cut down some more? Has anyone else expreinced this problem?

Thanks,
Brad

i am not really sure about the tranny pisition, but i am having problems with my passenger side mount as well. we just tried jacking the engine up, and moving the mount up a bit, because it had slid down to the point that it was resting on the frame. everytime the car idles down, the car would vibrate a bit. we were able to move the mount i alittle, but not enough, so we will problem try adjusting both sides. i would say you should try that. if it seems your right side is higher, maybe you need to just raise the left side instead of cutting down the right side.

The right side had to be cut down because the two mounts are different. The car has not been run yet and is still on stands for other work. I will look at the possible movement issue later on today. Anyone else.
