my pulley is rubbing my lower intake tube under hard accleration, which motor mount is bad?

Never seen a passenger side one go bad...so probably your D/S one.

 

i had a completely shot motor mount and my pulley never rubbed...are you sure thats the problem? the only intake tube i can think of that would hit a pulley is the lower intercooler piping one, which should have a metal case around it to keep it from hitting the pulley in the first place...
