Ok i just replaced my spark plugs and a couple were a little black but the other 2 were fine. I thought this was the problem of sometime my car wouldn't start on the first turn of the ignition. This happened with my turbo II and I found out it was the motor. The problem is sometimes after i drive it har and try to turn it on a little while after the motor will keep turning and turning and wont grab. Im sure this has happened to some people can anyone let me know if this most likely means a rebuild? Also i noticed my vacuum dropped from 17-18 to 14-15. anybody know what that might mean also?

If you are worry about the motor get a compression check.
Just because your car is not starting right up doesn't mean your motor is bad. There are so many other factors.
Battery, electrical, ignition.... you can go on and on.
Try diagnosing the problem first before going to a shop,
or getting a rebuild.
