If I ever found a CYM I'd sell my baby and get it. I would however keep it stock. I'd then buy a nice silver R2. Mmmmmm....

US-spec: '95 Pearly White (one made), then '95 SSM R2, then a '93CYM for me personally.
International: '95 SP: http://www.iluvmyrx7.com/Pics___More...otor_06_95.htm

Minor correction and there's more. The only RZ model ever offered for the 99+ RX-7's were the 2000 RZ models. Only 175 were made(all pearl white w/red Recaro's)

Other desirable Japanese models:

2001 Type R Bathurst R in sunburst yellow w/optional 17 inch wheels (only 600 made)
1996 RS-R
1997 15th Anniversary models
Any '96-98 RZ model (black w/black BBS wheels)
As a new car, a 2002 Type R Bathurst or Type RS in IBM

Most desirable RX-7:
1996 Australian SP(25 were made as '95 models and another 10 as '96 models)
The Prototype Australian SP II would also be tempting

Most desirable US model:
Pearly white '94 RX-7 PEP that is still retained by Mazda. It probably has less than a 1000 miles on it

There's been several different models that have had "Bathurst" in them. For instance, a '97 RB Bathurst is mostly just a standard model. Probably the most relevent would be the current, 2002 Type R bathurst models that Mazda offers. They are essentially just a Type R model with a few added features, the most prominent being the height adjustable suspension.

In 2001, Mazda offered a special limited edition(600 made) Type R Bathurst R. Along with the height adjustable suspension, it also had a carbon fiber interior and was available in 3 colors including sunburst yellow.

TTT,
If you're thinking about the beautiful white car with the blue pearlcoat, that wasn't it although that car was awesome. Don't mix up the standard white (chaste white?) with pearly white, this was just a special one-off from the factory and I think its in a Mazda dealership or museum somewhere.

For some reason, I just don't like yellow on FD's.
The 360 Modena, now there's a good looking yellow beast.
