More info on knock needed?

Ive installed a power fc with commander and im reading high knock. If i put the commander on peak hold i sometimes get as high as 190. Now ive been reading threads for hours here and all the info is just a little to hazzy for me, people talking about values like 100 lol try 190 and thats when only hitting a few pounds of boost. Ive tried new coils, had injectors cleaned new plugs new plug wires, new knock sensor. Im starting to lean now towards the fact that its not real knock because some times i can turn a corner and just step on the gas and hit 180 that easy, partial throttle???

Next on the list, new fuel filter and walbro pump (which i was gonna buy anyway)

Now whats this im reading about drivetrain slack,,, diff mounts maybe banging about, that could make sense, can i have someone sit in car with commander while i climb under car and boot the diff about a bit (lol excus the expressions). I was under the impression the power FC was quite safe straight out the box, i mean i know i need it tunning for full benefit but i should be able to drive around normally surely.
any ideas?

What are your mods and what boost are you running?

Also, ignore non boost knock levels - they are irrelevant. You really need to log the numbers with a Datalogit to make sense of them,

Cat back,,,air filters,, M2 large intercooler, hks downpipe, 10psi boost standard twin turbo setup.. I get knock basically as soon as i start to make any boost (large knock),, but cant actually hear any knock. this is why i beleive it might be something else,,,im wanting answers where people have found other things responsible for knock.
