More heat troubles

Im beginning to get to my wits end. I cant seem to figure out my last problem with my car. The other night I started my car and was watching it idle, for a good 10 minutes. It was running strong, holding a constant idle, etc., but I noticed the dp and turbo manifold glowing red. So i immediatly turned off my car, and pushed in back into my car.

Since then, I thought it was my main cat being clogged. So I pulled it off my car, and today I took it back out, and fired it up running straight off the downpipe. It seemed to stay just a bit colder, but over a period of time, I noticed the turbo manifold right where it meets the dp, beginning to glow. I again turned it off, and now I have no idea what the problem could be. The water temps never went over 225, it was running good, no excessive smoke, I just dont know.

I pulled the codes off my computer and theyre fine. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, I guess I should say the mods for reference...brand new rebuild with large street port, hks dp, hks catback, apexi intakes, pettit ecu, and other misc. stuff.

Clogged cat perhaps. But if it's glowing with the cat off you've got me.

isn't that normal to a degree? search for "glowing" and you'll find some other threads along these lines.
