man, it was painful to see this car. This car couldn't break 16's!! It ran 17 second passes all night. Now granted that it is about 3k ft above elevation, but i'd atleast expect a stock 3rd gen to break 14's. I felt really bad, especially since the guy that kicked it's *** was my friend with his tt supra, who ran a 14.8

 

Whats up Dog...when did you go to LACR??? We had an FD meeting back a couple of months ago...and some other Montegos we're having boost problems and they we're runnin 15's--16's also...I have a Montego but my best time there was a 13.6...dam elevation! When are you heading there again?

 

sup bro...we don't go all that often, but every now and then we go. I don't really like the track, but next time I go i'll post it in the west forum.

 

Cool....ya...the track there is not so great...actually its bad...turbo cars don't do that well in that elevation...Me and my other friends with FDs usually roll to Fontana also to drag...the season is over fo this year...but in should come back in Feb'03...Fotana's track is decent but it get dam hot out there...Hey...I work in Glendale...what color is your car?? I know there's an Silver FD with an APEXi single turbo kit....
