So exactly what are all the reliability mods and which ones are most important (what should I do first) in what order?

I would do Downpipe first. I know everybody says do replace the radiator, but I never did it and I have no cooling problems *knock on the wood* You should replace all the hoses with silicone ones, including intercooler couplers.

Get a boost gauge, watter temp gauge. These 2 are most important ones. Well, that's what I did first. you can also look at this site for more info.
