mixmatch spec and act clutch

Ok, I have a spec stage 4/5 solid sintrated disc clutch. With a few month of hard driving and yesterday started slipping.
now my options are: install a act HD disc that i can get local.

Will the act hd disc work and hold atleast 400hp? With the apec PP

It's the pressure plate that provides the clamping force. If your current disc wore out too soon, then you either:

A) Don't have enough clamping force from the PP for your power
B) Are slipping the clutch too much

Is the current disc a puck disc?

If the clutch disc is the same type (splines, pull/push, single/dual etc disc), then you can interchange them. Whether or not it will work better than what you had is a different question.

Just letting people know, spec pp with a extreme spring disc works just fine. and holds 400hp no problem
