missing parts open vaccum lines just rebuilt

Ok quick backround on the car. Bought it used with a messd up motor. So i researched some shops (not many in new york). Well i spent 4250 for a new street ported motor(yes automatic). Any way i was driving the car for a while and it seemed to run slightly better then before i had it fixed. I returned to the shop multiple times they claimed it was running fine. So fine i dealt eith it thinking it was just the automatic that was making me run this slow! Then i went out to some street races. I raced a 89 civic with full exhaust ok i only beat him by 1/3 of a car(shitty). When racing and or driving my boost will pop up to 3-5 then slowly drain to vaccum again. when im doing 45-50 and the car down shifts my boost jumps up to 8-9 and raises to 10 then 11-12 and hits fuel cut so i let off the gas. i returned to the shop and they claimed thats how it runs with intake and a cat back(feeding me bullshit). so i decieded it was a not worth the troule id just not beat on the car or try and race it. Then i went to a car show last week and some guys that worked at that shop remembered my car. they came over we chatted and then i popped the hood. the told me i was missing some valve/boost controller that im assuming connects to the intake manifold(atleast the piece lines up with the holes. now i have 2 vaccum lines just open there a thrid blacked off with a bolt. there are two plugs that are just sitting there also. ok dam that was long sorry for making u read all that. my question is would those boost controllers that sit there related to my odd boost patterns? thankyou

Your best bet is to follow the factory diagrams and make sure that you're not missing parts and that everything is hooked up correctly. These colored diagrams are what I used when I redid all of the hoses in the rats nest.

ok froma quick glance at the diagram and my car i can see i am missing the turbo precontrol and the wastegate control solenoid valves. i see three lines that follow the diagrom. upon further searching i noticed the line from the actuator either the wastegate or turbo precontrol was missing completely. so thanks for the quick reply. I now have to buy these parts and hook them up. I would go through the whole thing but im too scared of messing with the manifold. thanks again. Luckily i know someone with a 7 that went single the turbo shop gave him all his old medusa head. Hopefully he has these valves. One last thing even if he does you think that would solve some of the turbo issues(atleast the over boost)?
