NY missing my (actuator turbo pre-control) twin turbo what do i do?!?!

im restoring my FD3S i was removing the emissions and simplifying the vacuum lines..... in the process of doing so i came across a problem im missing one of the wastegates on my turbos... the lower one (actuator turbo pre-control) I assume this is bad? i dont know what i can do i dont want to buy a set of twin turbos can i purchase the wastegate somewhere???? repair it? anything any ideas????? id appreciate it im in a bind here ive been restoring the car from the ground up i reallly dont want to replace the turbos id rather repair them.....

Your turbos share a wastegate.... that's the pre-control actuator. you're probably non-sequential.

do i need it replaced? i dont think im non sequential the guy before me had no idea what was going on with the car how would i know if im non sequential?? doesnt the wastegate need to be bored out?

the set up isnt non sequential i over looked some things im just gonna get another set of twins and bolt them back on

If you take the turbos off the car and you find your Manifold has no flapper in the rear port, and your Precontrol Actuator is gone, I would bet someone "tried" or did go NS, and potentially did it poorly.

yea it is all gone... idk if i should stick to the non seq because i dont understand the conversion why its done how to control booost

Do a search on vacuum diagrams. You will actually find being non sequential drastically cleans up the rats nest of vacuum lines and makes the car much easier to work on. Most people when they decide to go nonsequential do so because the want a more linear powerband, want to eliminate emissions and/or have a problem with one/all the solenoids. If you are removing emissions to and you have a PFC, I would restore it as a NS.
