misplaced TB washer

I'm rebuilding my TB after having it polished and I have an extra washer. I can't find where it went from the pictures I took before I disassembled it. I think that the two lock washers go under the tightening nuts on the ends of the shafts, but I can't figure out where the one regular washer goes. If anybody has reassembled a TB, could you give me a hand? Thanks.

okay, thanks. Now for the next question: Do you know which two components it goes between? Like I said, I can't find it in any of the pics that I took.

If you can, just stop by the shop Brian. We have several off right now (including mine) that you can reference.

BTW, Why did you completely disassemble it? I just polished the top and a bit of the sides and it loooks great.

TurboTank from CR polished it. He told me to take the stuff off. Besides, now its polished underneath all the hardware. I'll probably be stopping in pretty soon to pick up some stuff before I put the engine back together.
