Misfiring/firing on one rotor?

Misfiring/firing on one rotor?
So just finished my single turbo conversion, motor has about 11k on the rebuild, and just got the exhaust fabricated.
I'm having a hard time telling whether the car is running on one rotor/misfiring.

It shows about -15psi on the boost gauge at about 1.5k idle. It's untuned, running an AEM base map.
But when it used to idle at 3.5k when the TPS wasn't set, it sounded like it was running on both rotors.
Only thing I've changed since then is added a full exhaust instead of running open turbo, and dump pipes.

Any suggestions welcome. Trying to get most of the bugs sorted before I take it in for a full tune.

Best way to find out is to do a compression test on both roters. if one of them has low compression it means your apex seal is cracked or broken break. if that's case then a rebuild will be necessary. I have the same problem right now. Or the spark plugs might be old and need to be changed.
